Jason Kelce’s rather interesting look on ESPN’s ‘Monday Night Football’ was one-upped by his fellow commentator Ryan Clark.
In preparation for Monday’s Texas showdown between the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Texans, the former Philadelphia Eagles star wore an outfit fit for the occasion. While at the desk before the game, Kelce wore what appeared to be a jean shirt and a brown cowboy hat.
And sat right next to Kelce was Clark, wearing what appeared to be two different suits sewn into one, with a side plain and the other emblazoned with a plaid pattern. On social media, fans quickly noticed Clark’s outfit and made their thoughts known on the interesting choice of wardrobe.

“Ryan Clark needs a new stylist [I don’t care],” a fan wrote on social media. “He has some of the worst suits any man has ever worn. This is getting out of hand.”
Clark responded to that particular fan, calling out his profile picture, writing: “No way I care about any man that crosses his legs when he sits to take a pic with the front of his shoes ate up like that! I’m good Brudha.”
Another fan made their thoughts known on Clark’s outfit, posting a scathing attack on his choice. “Ryan Clark talking —- sitting up there with that —— jacket on. Get a stylist corn ball — dude. Russell Wilson in Denver corny.”
Clark and Kelce both were the target of fans as well, with some noting how out of place both men looked with their outfits. “Is it ‘Dress like a weirdo’ night on Monday Night Football?” a fan pondered. “Ryan Clark, Jason Kelce, and Michelle Beisner-Buck all look completely ridiculous.”

And while Clark and Kelce’s outfits were the talk of the fans before the game, how the Cowboys respond after hearing star quarterback Dak Prescott will miss the rest of the year due to a hamstring injury certainly will be in full view. On Monday, Jerry Jones announced on 105.3 ‘The Fan’ that Prescott will have season-ending surgery on his hamstring.
“He’ll have it there in New York,” Jones said, per NFL.com. “He had a good visit last night and he wants to do that there, and he’s got great medical doctors up there. His prognosis is wonderful, it just means we’re not going to have him the rest of the year.”
In his place will be Cooper Rush. With the Cowboys sitting at 3-6, Rush is tabbed with just keeping Dallas afloat as the Cowboys’ chances of making the playoffs split with each passing week without Prescott.
Still, Jones expressed confidence in the backup, even as he goes up against a sturdy defensive unit led by DeMeco Ryans. “Cooper has shown that he has the capability to compete and win in games,” Jones continued. “He does give us our best chance. Frankly, that was really an out-of-character game for him based on what we’ve seen and we know about Cooper.”
